One architecture, three tiers
Every contract published on Xserial shares the same spine: parties and subject, consideration and payment, title and warranties, a tier clause, inspection and acceptance, termination, governing law, and notices. The tier clause is what changes — Standard states the commercial baseline, Moderate adds the account officer and managed handover, Premium adds private terms, escrow coordination and confidentiality.
Why the deposit clause is written the way it is
The deposit clause names the Company's account as the only valid destination for funds and expressly denies any agent authority to receive money. Nearly every payment dispute we have seen in this market begins with money paid to an intermediary. The clause exists to make that impossible to do accidentally.
Download before you talk to us
Every listing page carries a downloadable PDF of the exact contract that governs it. Read it, mark it up, send it back. We would rather negotiate a clause before a viewing than discover the objection at signature.
